After the incident took place, both females filed an FIR against him and on Friday, 7th June 2019, Seow was charged in court with 4 offences including assault and the use of criminal force on his co-workers.

The client had a meeting with his niece Brenda and another co-worker Shaun. But, Shaun was nowhere to be found at that time.
After that Mr. Seow asked Brenda about Shaun but she did not answer him but allegedly stared blankly at him. Then, Mr. Seow went around the office to locate Shaun but he did not able to find him.
Later, Shaun contacted him over the phone and said that he wouldn’t be able for the meeting. Not only this, but Shaun also said that he informed Brenda about this and also told her to manage the meeting with Mr. Seow.

Mr. Seow got angry at Brenda after knowing this because Brenda did not inform him to prepare for the meeting. Not only this, but Brenda also did not inform Mr. Seow about Shaun’s whereabouts.
After knowing all these situation, Mr. Seow understands that Brenda do this intentionally. Before they both involved in physical altercation, Brenda also started the audio-recording cameras to captured the entire situation. After the fight between them, Brenda edited and uploaded the video on social media.
Then, the video did not take much time to went viral on the internet. Exactly one year later, the same video with audio track synced with CCTV Footage has been shared on YouTube.
