Jennette Michelle Faye McCurdy was born in Los Angeles on June 26, 1992, to Mark and Debbie McCurdy. She was raised alongside her 3 older brothers “Marcus, Dustin, and Scott” in Garden Grove, California.
When McCurdy was 3 years old, her mother was found to have breast cancer. She underwent several operations chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. In 2010, she was found to have cancer once again and she passed away in 2013 when McCurdy was 21 years old.
