Diane Keaton adds a shoe to her trendy “Mack & Rita” outfit.

The 76-year-old Oscar winner struck social media last year when she appeared on the set of her new comedy about swapping a body in snakeskin knee high heels and a voluminous white button-down shirt.

“Strong energy of Moira Rose”, one fan tweeted at the time, comparing Keaton’s appearance to that of the stylish “Schitt’s Creek” matriarch.

“I mean, is she stunning or is she STUNNING?” other he wrote.

It turns out, however, that the actress “Annie Hall” is not a fan of the outfit that she wears on the movie poster fastened with a wide corset belt.

“I look at a picture of the Mack & Rita they are selling, showing me and what I am wearing. It’s not attractive – these legs are like sticks. It’s so stupid! ” Keaton said Vogue in a recent interview describing his appearance as “dumb on his last legs.”

“I wouldn’t go so far as to wear the clothes that are on the billboard. It’s terrible, are you kidding? That white thing with that strap around the hips … and those legs? I’ve never seen anything worse, ”she continued with the“ terrible ”disguise.

Unfortunately, as a producer on the project, Keaton added that she has “a lot” of input into her character’s costumes – so she can’t blame anyone but herself for the fashion faux pas.

– You think I didn’t pick these clothes with help? I did. It was my choice. I accept the hit for that – joked the star of the “Book Club”.

In Mack & Rita, now available, a 30-year-old woman (Elizabeth Lail) wakes up as 70-year-old me (Keaton) after a crazy hen party in Palm Springs.

Fittingly, the character of Lail appears in the background of a movie poster in the same ensemble of shoes and t-shirts; it is not clear if she hated the look as much as her friend.
