Wednesday Addams is up to something suspicious.

In the new trailer for Wednesday, premiering this fall on Netflix, the beloved Addams family story gets a modern twist. But don’t be upset – it’s Wednesday, played Jenna Ortegahas definitely not lost its advantage.

“Miss Addams, you’ve had a very interesting school trip,” says a voiceover in the trailer as Wednesday walks the halls of Nancy Reagan High School. “Eight schools in five years.”

Entering the school pool where water polo practice is in progress, the player says to Wednesday, “Hey weirdo, this is indoor practice.”

Wednesday, who clearly has a vendetta in mind, ignores the athlete’s words of wisdom and replies, “The only person who can torture my brother is me.”

Just then, Wednesday holds two bags full of piranhas and releases them into the pool.

“I did the world a favor,” says Sereda. “People like Dalton can’t be allowed to continue the line. The exclusion was just a bonus.”
