Heidi Montag left little to the imagination for a new maternity photo shoot.

Alum “The Hills” – who is expecting a second child with husband Spencer Pratt – looked radiant as she showed off her blooming tumor in stunning maternity photos.

“Thank you @oxanaalexphotography for capturing this moment of time, embracing beauty and transformation during #pregnancy,” Montag, 35, posted an Instagram post that showed her lying on her side in a sea of ​​tulle, surrounded by pastel flowers.

The reality TV star puts on a lilac bra and underwear, pouting in front of the camera and playing with her long blonde hair.

Other photos from the session, obtained by Page Six, show Montag posing completely naked.

One of the shots shows Montag holding her hands in her hands, while the other shows him censoring his private places with a bouquet of flowers.

The Laguna Beach graduate, who welcomed her son Gunner with 39-year-old Pratt in 2017, spoke openly about her fertility problems.

Her second pregnancy was long in preparation as she underwent surgery in August 2021 to increase the couple’s chances of conceiving again.

The pair revealed that their efforts paid off earlier this year when Montag told fans that she was expecting her second child from Pratt, with whom she has been married for 14 years.
