Noah Cyrus is going to break our sick, broken hearts.

The hardest part is Noah’s The upcoming album could be a new song, which she says was inspired by her parents Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus‘divorce. Titled “Every Beginning Ends,” the track is a heartbreaking country ballad about two lovers whose romance has fizzled out. Noah duets with Death taxi for Cutie‘s Benjamin Gibbard when they take turns singing poems about bittersweet memories.

In the song, which was released on August 26, Noah says, “You used to kiss me for no reason,” to which Benjamin replies, “No one made me laugh like you.”

The pair admit together: “You have to wake up every morning and decide to love someone, but it gets harder for me the more I fall out of love with you.” And in the chorus, Noah adds, “We had a good time, didn’t we, honey? Now everything that began has ended with you.”

In a press release, Noah said that writing the song with Benjamin gave her “more insight” into the relationship.
