Halsey suffered from food poisoning before performing at a British festival

Halsey has a touring nightmare.

The ‘Bad At Love’ singers have revealed they are recovering from a horrific case of food poisoning while in the UK at the Reading and Leeds Festival.

“Can’t imagine how I’m still alive after my Leeds set,” Halsey wrote on their website Instagram Stories August 27. “I STILL have terrible food poisoning! It started at 2pm yesterday and somehow I got on stage (after the medical team at the festival helped a lot!)’.

Halsey explained that they have played shows in some “confusing conditions” in the past, but this was “the worst in a while”.

“It felt like I was on Jupiter the whole time,” they continued. “Thank you for being so cool and letting me do whatever it took to survive! You guys would be an unreal crowd under ANY circumstances, let alone these. Now is the time to rest 4 Read tomorrow.”
