Quinn Fuller is portrayed by Daytime Emmy Award-winning actress Rena Sofer in The Bold and the Beautiful.

Sofer first realized her potential at the age of 15, when she began giving street performances in Greenwich Village, New York. She had just started her acting career.

She appeared in daytime dramas such as Another World and Loving before being cast in Sidney Lumet’s A Stranger Among Us. Since then she has been active in film and television.

Sofer won a 1995 Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her work as Lois Cerullo in General Hospital.

Why does Rena Sofer abandon the bold and the beautiful?

After nine years with The Bold and the Beautiful, fans have publicly bid farewell to Rena Sofer.

The actress, who played Quinn Fuller on the CBS soap opera from 2013 to 2022, recently opened up about her decision to leave as her contract expired in May. She announced her departure a few weeks ago.

In a weird Instagram post published on Friday, August 5, the actress said she had a heartbreaking saying. It was “not only my daughter’s birthday, but the end of my 9-year stint as Quinn on The Bold and the Beautiful,” she said afterwards.

She acknowledged that this decision was hard for fans to hear and that she herself found it heartbreaking. She added, “I know it’s heartbreaking for some, and it is for me too, but it’s time for me to pursue both my acting career and my pottery business.”

“Wait… was that Quinn’s last scene?!” remarked one of her admirers. She’s happy with Carter, that’s it, right? It disappears like a dream. She’ll just disappear, right? I am impressed. That makes no sense.

Even though Rena is no longer on the show, her fans are still hoping for a new cast. I understand if she just left without giving them the opportunity to compose an exit, wrote one of the users. What makes me think (hope?) there will be a casting is this lack of closure or exit.

Technically she decided to leave and it was a last minute decision as others have claimed. They asked her to stay after her contract expired, but she believed she deserved better.

Her contract with Bold And Beautiful ended in May

Sofer explained in an interview with Soap Opera Digest that her contract expired in May, but that she was only informed about it in the last week of shooting before the July break.

The actress claims they told her her character’s condition was uncertain but asked her to show up “regularly” while they tried to find out.

She told the source, “I just felt like I deserved more than just waiting for them to find out. If my option wasn’t set at that point, it kind of made it clear that they just didn’t know what to do with Quinn.”

Especially after the whole “Quarter” affair, there was a lot to do, as you may know. I decided it was time to stop because Donna (Jennifer Gareis) was still a part of it and I hadn’t reached John McCook’s official breakup yet.

Actress Quinn Fuller’s fans are asking about her whereabouts following the exit

Sofer’s maternal duties will come next as she gets her daughter Avalon ready for college when she leaves the nest.

The actress is applying her artistic skills in a new art form while pursuing a career in clay. But don’t worry, she’ll be auditioning again shortly.

In her last Instagram message, she asked her followers to visit Renasoferceramics.com, the website for her ceramics. According to a comment by the actress on the Rena Sofer Ceramics website, she believes she’s found a new version of herself during a time of grief.

User comments Given that this is Rena Sofer’s final episode, Carter’s words to Quinn feel oddly more intimate than those of the series. It was too real, that scene. He seemed to say goodbye.
