AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys talks about his transformation during his sober journey

The Backstreet Boys singer shared a body transformation on Instagram with pictures taken a year apart, celebrating the changes he’s made on his journey to sobriety. The photos show ‘dad’ AJ posing with two peace signs, alongside images of the ‘I Want It That Way’ artist’s muscles at the gym.

“Found the photo on the left a year ago while on vacation,” – AJ signed his post on September 1“and wow, it’s amazing what a little dedication and goal setting can do for a person. However, this journey is far from over. It’s just the beginning!”

AJ also took time to motivate others who want to start a new lifestyle, writing: “Let’s go! If I can do it, you can!!”
