Everything’s Trash Season Finale Preview: Phoebe Apologizes

Based on Robinson’s 2018 memoir, All garbage But that’s normalthe series centers on an outspoken podcast host who grows up suddenly and quickly through her brother Jaden (Jordan Carlos) political campaign.

Robinson told E! News exclusively that even after her podcast success, she was still working odd jobs and trying to pay off student debt when she was just starting out in her career.

“When Jessica Williams and i started 2 drug queens, the podcast came out in April 2016, and it went to the top of iTunes, like all over the world and stuff,” she said in July. “People were like, ‘Oh my God, you did it.’ You are killing it. Blah blah blah.’ And I said, “Everything.” Podcasting is not.” Especially at that time, it paid little.”

The All garbage The finale premieres September 7 on Freeform and will be available to stream on Hulu the following day.
