Scooter Braun, wife of Yael Cohen reach an agreement to divorce
Scooter Braun and his wife, Yael Cohen, come to an agreement on a divorce.
Court papers, obtained by Page Six only from the Los Angeles Supreme Court on Thursday morning, show the future ex-both want an undisputed divorce, meaning they have come to an agreement on all aspects, including spousal support and custody baby.
Braun now asks the court to sign the contract.
Braun’s and Cohen’s attorneys did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The 41-year-old music manager and 35-year-old South African mining heiress have three children: Jagger, 7,, Levi, 5, and Hart, 3.
Page 6 announced in July 2021 that Braun had split from Cohen after seven years of marriage; however, we are told it was an amicable split.
“They are friends,” said the initiate, noting that even after their breakup, they still lived together temporarily.
About two weeks later, Braun filed for divorce after detaining the famous attorney Laura Wasser.
The original divorce lawsuit made it clear that there was a prenuptial agreement between the recording artist and the co-founder of Fk Cancer, who he married in July 2014.
In its response in December 2021, Cohen cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split. She also requested joint legal and physical custody of their three children, to which Braun has already agreed. She also asked him to pay attorney’s fees.
Page six also revealed that Braun had secretly checked into an “intense psycho-spiritual retreat” a few months before breaking up with Cohen, although he initially denied doing so.
“My wife and I started hearing all kinds of rumors such as”[Scooter] he has gone mad. But that wasn’t it. It just felt like I wasn’t present in my life and [feeling] like the people around me who loved me, I felt their hurt, ”he later admitted in Jay Shetty’s“ On Purpose ”podcast.
