Drew Barrymore’s daily show reignited her game of fashion

Drew Barrymore told Page Six at New York Fashion Week that her eponymous TV show helped her with her fashion game.

“It was a good break for me to get rid of the sweatpants and old T-shirts that I wear every day; It’s a big part of my style, “47-year-old Charlie’s Angels star said at a party at Harper’s Bazaar Icons,” The program helped me get out of my bad cycle of effortlessness. ” Nowadays, “I have an excuse to rekindle my fire for fashion.”

The program first aired in 2020.

This year, Harper’s moved its annual Icons event from one legendary location to another.

The bash – usually held at the Plaza – was thrown on the Bloomingdale flagship on 59th Street on Friday and the joint event was dubbed “150 x Bloomingdale’s BAZAAR Icons.”

The fashion show attracted the usual swarms of top designers, models and celebrities, including Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Christian Siriano, Zac Posen, freshly baked single Emily Ratajkowski, ex-Kanye West Julia Fox, Alicja Silverstone, Heidi Klum, Jane Krakowski, Drew Barrymore, Candace Bushnell, and more.

Bushnell told us that at 63, she was still single and was very eager to bond with herself.

The night’s performer, Jack Harlow, started playing around 10pm.

An event on the occasion of the annual portfolio of the Bazaar Icons and Bloomingdale’s 150th anniversary also featured classic arcade games and a pop-up magazine booth with free candy and trendy lip glosses.

The night ended outside with a pizza truck for those fashionistas who dared to dump carbs.
