Snooki wanted to vote for Selma Blair instead of Vinny on DWTS
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi supports her partner from “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” Vinny Guadagnino in the upcoming season of “Dancing With the Stars” – even if she is tempted to vote for Selma Blair.
“I say” Ugh “because I love Selma and she’s with Sasha [Farber]who was my partner, says 34-year-old reality star Page Six, promoting the second season of MTV’s “Messyness”.
– I say St, but I have to vote for Vinny. But if I wanted her to win. But I want Vinny to win, ”he explains.
“It’s so hard when you watch this show because you have your favorites. It’s like, “Who do I really want to push for more?”
Polizzi – who competed for the mirror ball trophy during the 17th season of 2013 – says she “obviously” votes for 34-year-old Guadagnino, despite her internal struggle.
Looking back on her own experiences in the ballroom, Messa founder Mawma Wine encourages Guadagnino to relish the excitement.
“I thought, ‘Vinny, you’re gonna love this. It is very funny. Enjoy it, ”she says of the simple advice she gave her castmate. “It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s just such a fun experience.”
Polizzi wishes he could “do it again”, describing “DWTS” as “the best thing I’ve ever done in my life.”
Most notably, a mum of three – who shares children Lorenzo, 10, Giovanna, 7 and Angelo, 3, with her husband Jionni LaValle – credits the show with her current flow as a working parent.
“At the time, because I only had my Lorenzo and he was two, just juggling the fact that at this point I am a working mom,” she says of the personal evolution she went through during the grueling – but rewarding – process.
“I was almost home, doing six-hour workouts a day, and then going to LA and then going back to Jersey, it was just a lot of work,” she adds.
“I barely saw Lorenzo, and it helped me start dealing with my mom’s guilt for the job, but also make sure I’m still working. So it was a big deal for me. “
Polizzi – who finished eighth in her season – says she would be happy to return to the ballroom if the next season of “All-Stars” was green. (The first and only season of “All-Stars” aired in 2012)
“I always say,” When you do “All-Stars” [again]? Because everyone who didn’t [far]you know, [and] I had a chance, could we do it again? ” she says. “I would die to do it again.”
Guadagnino – who is paired with pro dancer Koko Iwasaki – caught up with Page Six last week as he was announced as a contestant expressing his gratitude for Polizzi’s wisdom.
“You can learn the steps, but how do you add that personality? How do you add this talent? She knows how to do it, he told us. “Since we are not professional dancers, we have to work with what we have with our personalities.”
Season 2 of “Messyness” premieres on MTV on Thursday, September 15 at 9:00 PM EST. In the meantime, the all-new season of “Dancing With the Stars” will premiere on Monday, September 19 at 8:00 PM EST and 5:00 PM PT on Disney +.
