James Tupper claims that Anne Heche left him at the head of the estate

Struggling with it.

James Tupper claimed on Thursday that Anne Heche had left him at the head of her estate – opposing the takeover of her eldest son, Homer Laffoon.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the actor alleged that Heche sent him and two other people a copy of the will back on January 25, 2011, while they were still dating.

In addition, he claimed that the deceased actress, who died in August after a fiery accident, appointed him executor so that he could fulfill her financial wishes.

“It is my wish that all my assets be under the control of Mr. James Tupper so that they can be used to raise my children and then passed on to the children,” she said in her will.

Tupper – who shared Atlas’ son with Heche – also followed Laffoon and claimed he was “unfit” to manage his mom’s estate, pointing out that he was only 20 years old, unemployed, and separated from Heche when she died.

In the lawsuit, the actor alleged that Laffoon had changed the locks in Heche’s apartment that she shared with Atlas and prevented his younger brother from accessing his belongings inside.

Tupper further claimed that Atlas and Laffoon had had no contact since Heche’s death, which made him believe that he would be disregarding his brother’s best interests.

Representatives from Laffoon and Tupper did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Earlier this month, Page Six obtained court papers in which Laffoon demanded she become administrator of his mother’s estate because she had not left a will.

Laffoon also sought to be called Atlas’ ad litem guardian, and then asked the court to waive any bail that would have been due.

As regards the ‘guardian ad litem’ request, lawyer Laffoon explained: ‘Homer is also in the process of designating a third party as’ guardian ad litem ‘for his younger brother, Atlas (13), to represent Atlas’ interests in the probate proceedings.

“Despite reports to the contrary, Homer is not asking the court to appoint him as” guardian “, sole guardian, or trial tutor for Atlas.”

“We have lost the bright light, the kind and joyful soul, a loving mother and a loyal friend. Anne will miss her a lot, but she lives thanks to her beautiful sons, her cult achievements and her passionate defense, ”the actress’s representative told us at the time.

“Her courage to always stand in her truth, spreading a message of love and acceptance will continue to make a lasting impact.”

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner listed a sternum fracture caused by blunt trauma as a contributing factor to Heche’s death, which was considered a coincidence.
