When it was over, audiences speculated as to who would actually end up with whom. Some decisions shocked us, others didn’t. However, there was a very relevant and intriguing quality to the couples’ decisions and the issues they encountered. We were therefore stumped for all the contenders and wished them the best of luck in making the best decision for themselves when they finally donned their rings or not.

All pairs showed development; some had a better understanding of themselves, which improved their relationship. However, some people became aware of how they behaved towards their partners and began to see them differently, which allowed them to rekindle their relationship. Unfortunately for some that didn’t happen as they couldn’t agree on a solution to their problems and couldn’t find a way to get back in touch with each other. While it’s awful, it’s probably the best course of action – happier apart than unhappier together.

What happened to the Change Days couples in Season 2?

Lee Jeong-hun and Choi Hui-hyeon

Despite a strong relationship, Jeong-hun and Hui-hyeon had problems because of his upcoming military service. In the last episode, we learned that Jeong-hun was also unable to express his needs and desires and simply followed Hui’s orders. hyeons We found Jeong-hun to be a quiet, reserved man, so it’s likely that she had no idea about these things.

Hui-hyeon made the decision to be with Jeong-hun, but it was really his decision that mattered the most because he had to decide whether he wanted his lover to wait two years for him or just let her go and her life as she rejoiced.

He chose to be with her as well and for once selfishly asked her to wait for him, which was lucky for both of them and for us. His decision sent the audience into ecstasy!

Kim Tae-wan and Kim Hye-yeon

Tae-Immaturity-Wans and Hye-Egoism-Yeons made an odd pairing that had us wondering why they were even together. They were a pretty volatile couple from day one. Although Hye-yeon made it very difficult for people to support her, it was obvious that they both loved each other.

Hye-yeon changed her mind and realized that open dialogue can go a long way when, after several incidents and conversations, Tae-wan finally hit the gas pedal. As a result, the status quo in their relationship was changed. She begged and begged him to give her a chance in the final few episodes, and we actually witnessed her transformation.

Despite my personal opinion that the drama surrounding the lyrics was overdone since they’ve only been dating for nine months, I assume the lyrics were just the beginning and that a number of factors came together to eventually bring Tae-wan into it to doubt his relationship.

When it turned out that their relationship was going to end horribly, Tae-wan made the decision to give his girlfriend one last chance, knowing that she was really trying to make things better.

Choi Yun-seul and Min Hyo-gi

I think the main difference between Tae-wan and Hye-yeon and Yun-seul and Hyo-gi was that the former were really able to listen to each other instead of circling around. They just never managed to get on the same page, so Yun-seul and Hyo-gi missed that. At the end of the show you realize that they are very different people. Also, you shouldn’t date someone who has publicly humiliated their partner in front of everyone.

Of course, both of them had issues, and in the end they made the decision to break up. It’s tragic, but you understand why they made their decision.

Kim Do Hyeong and Kim Ji Yu

The best part was seeing Ji-yu gain confidence, communicate more clearly, and express her feelings. It was amazing and we all agreed that she should discover and pursue her happiness. While we adore Ji-yu as a person, what she had in the past was actually pretty terrible. However, Do-hyeong also got past Ji-past yu’s deception.

Both could relate to the conversation they had a few episodes earlier, in which Ji-yu finally admitted to him that she wasn’t happy in their relationship at the time and that his idealized memories of the two of them didn’t match hers. It was an amazing experience and Jeong hun’s influence gave her more confidence.

In the end, both of them decided to stay together because despite their differences, they care about each other and most conflicts can be resolved with good communication.

Are the Change Days season 2 couples still together?

We’ve scoured their social media accounts to find out more, but apart from Hui-hyeon, who shared the most beautiful photos of her and Jeong-hun, no one has really honored their marriages on their feeds. Hyo-gi is understandable, but we’d like to know if the others are happy and loving each other. Unfortunately we have to wait a little longer for that.
