Prince William has reassured fans worried about Queen Elizabeth’s corgi

On September 17, the Prince of Wales made a surprise visit to greet fans queuing to see his grandmother’s coffin as it lies in state in Westminster Hall at the Palace of Westminster in London. One of the mourners, a woman, asked about the Queen’s Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Muik and Sandywhich must remain to live with the one who gave them to her, her son Prince Andriyand his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York.

“I saw them the other day, it really upset me,” William told a fan in line, of the corgi, as seen in Sky News video. “They will be well taken care of.”

He continued, holding the woman’s hand, “They are two very friendly corgis, so they have a nice home. They will be very well looked after, I am sure they are spoiled.”

Smiling, the fan replied, “I hope so.”
