It was brought to her attention that Trent had been hiding in the master bedroom toilet before suddenly appearing and threatening to kill her and Savannah. Shirley managed to escape from the house and had just started running when she heard two bullets go off. After posting bail and being released from prison in April 2021, Trent removed the ankle monitor that was attached to him during his incarceration and then went to a Houston auto dealership that sold cars.
