“Somehow a broken heart feels good in a place like this.”

Chloe Fineman hilariously imitated AMC’s famous Nicole Kidman ad segment to the premiere of the 48th season of the series “Saturday Night Live”.

A comedian impersonating Kidman was a bull’s-eye, making fun of 2021 advertising who inspired countless memes and boasted about iconic followers.

“We come to this place for the magic,” said 34-year-old Fineman, mostly sticking to the original script, impersonating Kidman’s gestures.

“We come to AMC cinemas to laugh, cry, care. Because we need it. All of us. “

She then recited in the ad the most iconic line from Kidman (55) – “a broken heart is good in a place like this” – that truly cemented her place in pop culture history.

Comedian Kenan Thompson then stepped into the frame, playing the theater regular who wasn’t completely sold in the news.

“Our heroes feel like the best part of us,” Fineman continued as her eyes flashed and she began to lie over the cinema.

“What the hell just happened,” Thompson summed up the sketch hilariously.

Kidman, for her part, was still a bit puzzled, which made the TV commercial such a hit.

“I can’t tell you why it worked or why it went viral,” Kidman said GQ. “But I can tell you the reaction is a direct result of how many people return to theaters to enjoy the movies. And that’s exciting.
