Having promised to remain a “mother-protector”, 39-year-old Khrystyna thanked her supporters and “all people who see beyond the nonsense that is being thrown at me.”

She added: “My personal photo collection on my phone and in our home is filled with memories of my children, so Hudson will be fine if his presence is not reflected in a public forum.”

E! News reached out to the Ant team for comment, but did not hear back.

In 2020, the former couple divorced after two years of marriage. Since then, 43-year-old Ant found love with the actress Renee Zellweger while Khrystyna got married Josh Hall in April. That same month, Ant filed for full custody of Hudson, but a judge later denied his emergency order.

But on Sept. 26, court documents obtained by E! News, Ant claimed that “Christina has already used Hudson in numerous paid promotions on social media,” adding, “I’m afraid she also has footage of him that could be used in one of her ‘reality shows’ without my knowledge or consent , and continues to film it despite my objections.”

In his statement Celebrity IOU Joyride star asked the court to grant him legal custody of their son so he can “make decisions to protect Hudson and prevent this from happening.” He added: “My goal is to provide Hudson with a happy, healthy and natural childhood with as little stress as possible, and that should be prioritized over creating commercial opportunities and content.”
