The actress posted a message of thanks on Twitter on Oct. 12 after the September lawsuit that accused her and Aries Spears caring for two minor children and forcing them to film scenes of a sexual nature, which Haddish denies.

According to documents obtained by E! News, the lawsuit was withdrawn by prosecutors on September 20, according to Haddish TMZ a day later that she “lost everything” as a result. “All my concerts are gone,” she said on September 21. “Everything is gone… I don’t have a job.”
