Finneas suffered a fractured collarbone and elbow in a bicycle accident

Finneas “feels great” after suffering a collarbone and elbow fracture last week while riding an e-bike.

25-year-old singer I took on Instagram on Thursday to share a photo of his x-ray which showed one of his fractures, before explaining the horrific situation.

“Last Friday, I had the pleasure of crashing my e-bike, flying over the handlebars and completely destroying my collarbone, as well as having a radial fracture of my right elbow head,” wrote the manufacturer.

“The severity of the dislocation of my collarbone meant that I needed surgery, which I am on the other side now and I feel great!” Continued the singer, “Let’s fall in love with the night”.

Finneas, whose full name is Finneas O’Connell, thanked his doctors, family and “most of all” his girlfriend Claudia Sulewski “for giving up everything to take care of me when it happened.”

Musician and brother Billie Eilish assured fans that thanks to “hard work” he would be able to accompany his younger sister to her performance at the Forum in New York in December.

“As silly as I felt after the fall, my dominant emotion is gratitude. See, I didn’t wear a helmet. A lesson forever, ”continued the Grammy Award-winner.

He concluded, “I feel so happy to be still here. Take care of yourself, thank your body for everything they do for you. See you soon ♥ ️. “

The hit maker isn’t the only celebrity to fall while riding an e-bike, however.

In February, Simon Cowell “slipped” off his electric bike, falling over and breaking his wrist.

Like Finneas, a former American Idol judge revealed that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
