Warren Beatty was sued by a woman who claims the actor allegedly forced her to have sex with him in 1973 when she was a minor.

A woman – Kristina Charlotte Hirsch, who now lives in Louisiana – filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Supreme Court on Monday, claiming that she met the Oscar-nominated “Bonnie and Clyde” on a movie set where she allegedly paid the then-teenager “unfair attention” .

Hirsch claimed that Beatty, now 85, had “commented on her appearance multiple times” and even gave her his phone number.

According to Hirsch, Beatty allegedly called her many times during the year, took her for a ride in his car, offered to help her with her homework, and invited her to his hotel.

Hirsch, who was 14 and 15 at the time, also accused Beatty, who was about 35 at the time, of talking to her several times “about losing her virginity.”

She claimed that he “used his position and status as an adult and Hollywood movie star to force sexual contact [her] on many occasions, including oral sex, simulated sex and finally forced sexual intercourse [when she was a] minor child. “

Hirsch accused Beatty of “predatory seduction” and described his alleged behavior as “oppressive, malicious, and contemptible because it was deliberate and done in a deliberate disregard. [her] rights and security ”.

Hirsch said she was “initially delighted” with Beatty’s remark and believed they were in a romantic relationship.

Hirsch is seeking a jury trial and is seeking compensation for psychological, mental and emotional suffering, arguing that the alleged sexual abuse has led to “problems with trust and control” as well as difficulty interacting with people in positions of power.

There was a lawsuit first obtained by Variety and viewed by Page Six on Wednesday.

Beatty representatives have not yet responded to our request for comment.
