When it comes to holiday hosting, no one makes it as nice as Dorinda Medley.

And with Christmas fast approaching, the Bravo star’s beloved Blue Stone Manor – where season two of “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” was filmed – is about to be filled with decor instead of drama.

“We have very well planned [holiday decorating] execution at Blue Stone Manor,” says Medley Page Six Style.

So well planned that the star has been thinking about decorating the rooms for the summer.

“I start early and usually go through website themes and ideas in August, then slowly decide what I want to lean towards this year,” she says, adding that she “loves” the gingerbread and candy cane decoration this year. .

And how long does it take to make her vision a reality? “We do all the decorations in one day, but it’s a long, very organized day,” says Medley, who pulls off the festive feat with her house manager, Lenand Treemendous Florist — in addition to employing two to three people for interior and exterior decoration.

“I have my decorations on subway shelves in the basement that are clearly labeled for each holiday,” Medley says of her seasonal storage.

This is an indoor exhibition that showcases her greatest seasonal craze: a Sweet Savannah gingerbread house from Bergdorf Goodman, which she calls “my birthday/Christmas gift to myself”. Table sweets can cost close to 2,000.

The star isn’t just opting for more expensive pieces, though, as she also loves adding “fun new decorations” from Marshalls and Homegoods, in addition to party-ready goodies like this glass soda dispenser ($60) on Amazon – which she’d fill with her own Blue Stone Manor Bourbonplus non-alcoholic option.

“The key isn’t how much you spend, but making it fun and festive,” she says. “Also, candles always make a big difference in any decor.”

If you’re green with envy of Medley greens, her must-haves also include a “beautifully lit garland” like these from Frontgatewhich he calls “lush, full and easy to spread and spread” and an artificial tree King of Christmas —except for her real balsam fir in the hall.

What about Christmas presents? Medley has fond memories with one sparkling surprise.

“Richard put a Cartier necklace on our Christmas tree the first Christmas we got married,” recalls her late husband, Richard Medley.

She now chooses hearty gifts for stuffers because she stocks up on Cadbury chocolates, which her daughter Hannah “always loved as a child” and Jolly Ranchers (“always cherry flavor”).

But there’s one sweet you won’t see in her house after she cooks, washes and decorates: panettone.

“Personally, I don’t like it when people drop off a giant Christmas panettone,” he says. “They are rarely eaten and somehow end up in my freezer, taking up a huge amount of space.”

Maybe some extra guests could help her finish the loaf; when asked what she will give her “RHUGT” castmates for Christmas, she laughs, “Letting them stay at Blue Stone Manor for Christmas.”
