Joe Gorga is “grateful” for “struggling” during his feud with Teresa Giudice
Joe Gorga believes his strained relationship with his sister Teresa Giudice will make him a better person.
Husband of “Real Housewives of New Jersey”. hit Instagram on Friday to share some words of wisdom for anyone who is in the midst of a family feud over the holiday season.
“Be grateful for all the struggles you go through make you stronger, wiser and humbler,” the 48-year-old captioned his photo. “Don’t let it break you. Let it do you.”
However, many of his fans were quick to call the reality TV star “hypocritical.”
“Lol – who ever said you were humble?” one person asked while another person told Gorga to “take your own advice 😬”.
“Yes…but then…go on…enjoy your life! No dramas or media sensations… – interjected a third.
The siblings have been arguing for months after Giudice spread a rumor that his wife Melissa cheated on him with actor Nick Barrotta.
However, the Gorgas quickly dropped the charges and later dropped Giudice’s wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas after the fight.
To add insult to injury, Joe later discredited the couple’s nuptials at BravoConsaying he didn’t think the newlyweds’ marriage would last.
The comments did not sit well with Giudica, who later reprimanded her estranged brother for his “mean” remarks.
“He’s not my brother. Like, I don’t know who he is now, like what character he’s trying to play,” the 50-year-old said in an episode of her Namaste B$tches podcast.
“I was hurt by it. It hurt Luis. I mean, as everyone saw, he didn’t come to my wedding,” she added. “It hurt us, and what he just did at BravoCon is very mean, very sad.”
Although Joe continues to talk about Giudica on social media, he previously told Page Six that he was ready to forget about the family drama.
“At this point, I just don’t know what else to say. I’m tired. I’m tired of talking about it for 13 years,” Page Six told BravoCon exclusively.
“I’m 48 and I’m happy to wake up this morning and happy to have healthy kids, a beautiful wife, a beautiful life and I just want to be happy, man,” he continued. “This kind of drama is ruining my life.”
