After the Met Gala, Jimmy Fallon went out for pizza in Brooklyn

Jimmy Fallon hit the red carpet ahead of the Met Gala, but then he went red sauce.

We hear that the former “SNL” star eschewed fancy after parties and instead went out for pizza with her showbiz colleagues in Brooklyn.

A spy told Page Six that the “Tonight Show” host “skipped the big after-party and reunited” with his show’s bandleader, Questlove, and the successor to Fallon’s “Weekend Update” office spot, Michael Che.

The crew met with owner Mark Iacono in Lucala and everyone made pizza.

The gourmet cake eatery in Carroll Gardens is popular with celebrities including Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Drake, and even inspiring Kendrick Lamar to mention Lucali in one of his latest songs about the Canadian rapper.

Previously at the Met, Fallon was seen wearing black tie with Jerry Seinfeld – he said on the red carpet“Jimmy and I have a rule: When two stars take a photo together, the bigger the smile, the smaller the star. If you are more excited than the other person, it means you are a lesser star.

The duo also told Vogue during the glitzy event that the only star they were nervous about interacting with was rock legend Paul McCartney.

Ironically, Macca is also a fan of Lucala.

Hollywood IT girl Sydney Sweeney was caught laughing during a comic convo.

Lamar rapped about Lucala in one of his latest Drake diss tracks: “My visa, passport tattooed, I show up in Ibiza / at Lucala’s apartments in Brooklyn to book me a pizza.”

The Los Angeles rapper reportedly owns a nearby Brooklyn Heights penthouse for $8.6 million.
