The city that never sleeps.
Jax Taylor revealed that he and his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, once had sex at New York’s busiest tourist attraction.
On Tuesday’s episode, Taylor and his “The Valley” co-stars were playing a couples’ game when they had to answer: “Where has been the most public place you and your partner have had sex?”
“My place is Times Square!” Taylor, 44, shamelessly announced.
Cartwright, 35, had to leave the group meeting early because she wasn’t feeling well, so she wasn’t present when her husband aired dirty laundry.
Taylor later explained in a confessional: “Brittany and I were in New York in Times Square and we were just doing it. This, of course, happens at the very beginning of our relationship.
Elsewhere in the game, Taylor admitted that he and Cartwright only “last” about “10 minutes of a good night.”
The spouse is no stranger to talking about her sex life and lack of intimacy on the “Vanderpump Rules” spinoff.
“When Jax and I first met, it was amazing. We had sex all the time, 24/7, and I mean we didn’t miss a day. And then it just changed dramatically. I talked twice last year,” Cartwright admitted in an episode last month.
Taylor explained that they were struggling in this department while raising their 3-year-old son Cruz.
“Now there’s no romantic spark. I’ll take the blame, yes. I let that spark fade away. It’s just not fair to any of us. It’s especially unfair to my wife because she deserves a man to love her,” he said in the same episode.
“Your sex life and marriage take a backseat when you have a child. “It’s a big deal and I don’t want it to become a bigger deal.”
In February, Cartwright announced that the couple was “splitting their time” and living apart. Shortly after, she told Page Six that a lack of intimacy played a role in the separation.
“We’ve been together for nine years and after a while people stop appreciating you and taking you for granted, and that should never happen in a marriage,” she said.
“So that’s what I’m trying to get back, and if it doesn’t come back, then we won’t be together anymore.”
The reality stars have been together since 2015 and got married in June 2019.
