“I have had children since then,” he says. “I really like my life now and I feel like it’s taken me a long time to get to a place where people see me as more serious.”

“I’m 39, I’ll be 40 in October, and there’s something about turning 40,” she continues, noting that the general perception of her as a “spoiled child” has begun to fade.

The “Bad Republican: A Memoir” author joined the daytime talk show as a co-host alongside Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines and Ana Navarro in 2017.

“But I have relationships. I love Jenny McCarthy. She is always very supportive. She’s amazing,” adds McCain.

“Elisabeth Hasselbeck. I have her number in my phone. It’s a bit of a strange club. You know, it’s weird being a part of the weird history of television.
