Dorit Kemsley responds to a fan who asks why she split from PK: “Nothing is happening”

Dorit Kemsley gave a cheeky response to a fan who asked why she and Paul “PK” Kemsley decided to split after nine years of marriage.

One person commented in the comments section of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s Instagram post announcing the news he wrote“Wait, I thought you were all stronger than ever? 🤔”

“We were. It’s happening. It’s called life – try it sometime. Day by day,” she replied to the user.

The social media user was likely referring to Dorit, 47, when she said during the recent “RHOBH” reunion that she and PK were “doing better than ever” after PK, 56, quit drinking.

“It was a very pivotal moment, so things are looking – knock on wood – as good as it can be,” she said during the reunion episode, which was filmed in January.

However, at the beginning of the season, Dorit wondered about their future and admitted that she “has moments where I worry, ‘Are we going to be able to stay together?'”

“No matter how hard I try, I feel like he will never take me seriously and he won’t be as present as I need him to be when I need him, and maybe he will never change, but do I have to accept that he is? will”T? Can I? I don’t know,” she said in another episode.

On Thursday, Dorit and PK announced their split in a joint statement on social media.

“As a couple, we have been the subject of much speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to overcome them as two people who love each other and have two amazing children together,” they wrote in part.

The former couple added that they “have made a mutual and difficult decision to separate and re-evaluate our relationship” to protect their “deep friendship” and “maintain a harmonious environment for our children.”

Dorit came later she was seen still wearing her wedding ring and allegedly having dinner with PK the same day the news was announced.

The reality stars got married in 2015 and have two children: son Jagger (10) and daughter Phoenix (8).
