As Navarro noted on Monday episode of “View” that Los Angeles police can no longer charge the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper due to the statute of limitations, but that shouldn’t stop people from treating him differently.

“Look, the LAPD may not be able to charge him, but we can avoid him and he should be treated like the leper, social leper and criminal that he is,” she said.

The 52-year-old political commentator explained that she does not expect to “see him at any restaurant” or at an “award show” and will not buy anything from “any brand he is associated with.”

“I think this guy needs to be treated and face terrible social consequences,” she doubled down.

Navarro also sharply criticized those in Combs’ circle who may have “enabled, excused and looked the other way from all this type of behavior” for decades.

“I don’t think the video we’ve seen will change public opinion about him because I didn’t hear him say, ‘I’m sorry, Cassie.’ I didn’t hear that. “I heard ‘I’m sorry’ – I heard a lot of ‘I was looking for help’,” Sunny Hostin said.

Whoopi Goldberg also argued that “it’s easier to regret when people find out you lied because you said you didn’t do it.”

The former actress alluded to Combs previously denying Ventura’s harassment allegations after she filed a lawsuit against him in November 2023.

The shocking footage, originally obtained by CNN and published Friday, shows Combs punching, kicking and dragging Ventura through a hotel hallway in 2016.

Two days later, Combs posted a selfie video in which he said, “It’s very difficult to reflect on the darkest moments in life, but sometimes you have to do it. I was fucked up. I mean, I’ve hit rock bottom, but I’m not making excuses.

“My behavior while watching this video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in this video. I’m disgusted,” he said in part.

Ventura has not yet addressed either the footage or her ex’s social media post, but her lawyer urged him to make a statement “more about himself than the many people he has hurt.”

“When Cassie and numerous other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested his victims were looking for a payday,” Page Six said in a statement Sunday.
