Sean “Diddy” Combs faces another lawsuit. This time, the complaint was filed by a former student of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, who claims that he drugged and raped her in the 1990s.

On Thursday, April Lampros filed a lawsuit in New York County Superior Court, claiming her relationship with the disgraced rapper began when he offered her mentorship in the fashion industry. according to TMZ.

She remembers meeting Combs at a SoHo bar in 1995, claiming he poured her alcohol and later taking her back to his room at the Millennium Hotel.

Lampros, now 51, remembers feeling like “the walls were closing in on her” when the “I’ll Be Missing You” singer, 54, allegedly started forcing himself on her.

The petitioner claimed she was unable to defend herself and woke up the next day “naked, in pain and confused.”

The documents show Lampros stayed away from Combs for months until he contacted her and invited her to music industry events.

In the lawsuit, Lampros was described as “a hopeful but naive college student who took Mr. Combs at his word and was convinced that the first rape was a possible mulligan and therefore decided to give it a second chance.”

She then recalled going out to dinner with the “Last Night” rapper when she was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on him in a parking lot.

Documents show that a garage attendant noticed them, but Combs didn’t care.

After that night, Lampros avoided Combs, which led him to become angry and develop a “gangster personality”, threatening to blacklist her from the industry.

In 1996, Lampros said she was “ordered” to go to Combs’ apartment, where she was introduced to his now-ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter.

She claimed that ecstasy was forced down her throat and she was forced to have sex with Porter while Combs masturbated.

Lampros claimed she was raped again by Combs.

In 1998, Lampros officially cut Combs off, but he remembered Porter, who died in November 2018, by showing up at the restaurant where she worked.

The documents show that Porter allegedly told the restaurant owner that Lampros was trying to poison her and demanded that she be fired or Combs would close the establishment. As a result, she was fired.

Lampros also named Bad Boy Records, Arista and Sony Music Entertainment as defendants in the lawsuit, seeking damages for alleged damages the entities allowed Combs to commit.

Representatives for Combs were not immediately available for comment.

Lampros’ impressive lawsuit comes days after Combs was sued by a former model alleging she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the music mogul.

Since ex Cassie Ventura, whom he dated for a decade, filed a lawsuit against him in November, several other women have also reported similar incidents.

While the former partners privately settled the lawsuit 24 hours later, old video surfaced last week showing Combs beating Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016.

Prior to the video’s release, Combs vehemently denied Ventura’s allegations, calling them “offensive and outrageous.”

However, he released an apology video over the weekend, calling his actions “inexcusable.”

“It’s very difficult to remember the darkest moments in life, but sometimes you have to do it. I was fucked up. I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I’m not making excuses,” the rapper said. “My behavior while watching this video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in this video. I’m disgusted.”
