Jason Kelce’s wife Kylie gets into a fight with a fan after rejecting a photo
Kylie Kelce stood her ground after a fan attacked her for refusing to take a photo.
Kylie and her husband Jason Kelce were going on an intimate date in Margate City, New Jersey over Memorial Day weekend when a woman asked them for a selfie: according to the Philadelphia podcast “Word to the Wise.”
The podcast, which obtained footage of the heated exchange, alleged that the Kelces were either sitting in traffic or in a car” when the woman tried to get their attention.
Multiple witnesses told the outlet that Kylie “politely” declined, which resulted in the woman attacking the couple.
The footage shows the two women fighting side by side as the man tries to stop the fan.
“I don’t care who you are, you will never be allowed into this city,” the woman threatened Kylie, who responded: “I can smell alcohol on your breath. You’re embarrassing yourself.”
Meanwhile, the former Philadelphia Eagles star stood a few feet away from the confrontation and let his wife handle things.
According to “Word to the Wise,” viewers were adamant that “Kelce did nothing wrong and was very polite.”
One X user who claimed to have witnessed the exchange said the fan was “rude as hell and was banging on their car door” before the Kelces entered the restaurant.
Representatives for Jason and Kylie did not immediately respond to our request for comment, and the couple has not yet commented on the situation.
Although Jason let Kylie lead the charge this time, the legendary outlet had some choice words for the troll who had earlier in the day called Kylie nothing more than a “housewife.”
After admitting that he and Kylie disagreed with Harrison Butker’s controversial commencement speech, one user slammed the athlete, calling him a “hypocrite.”
“Your wife takes care of the house,” wrote the critic. – But you can’t support Butker. And your wife is a housewife and her house is a mess. “I’m sorry, but TV is dirty and messy.”
They ended the tirade by telling Jason that he had “ruined” his career and would be “left with nothing but swifts” as fans because of brother Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift.
However, the former footballer didn’t hold back in his response, making it clear that he sees Kylie as more than just a “housewife”.
“I don’t think of Kylie as a housewife, I think of her as my wife,” he replied. “I think of her as a mother.”
He continued: “She has a profession, like me, and we take care of our home as best we can. Our marriage is a partnership, we are equal and we convince ourselves of this every day. All we expect is that we love each other, support each other and are committed to our family, that’s the most important thing.”
He explained that they both work, clean and help raise their three daughters – Wyatt (4), Ellie (3) and Bennett (14 months).
“It’s our fault it’s messy, but that’s life with three small children, busy schedules and neither of us are neat freaks,” he continued.
“He also makes a mean sandwich. If being a housewife suits some people and that’s what they want, then damn, that’s awesome, more power to you. I want to be clear, I’m not downplaying this at all, but this is not our family dynamic.
