Rapper A $ AP Rocky was slapped Monday for assault and gunshot over a November argument with a former Los Angeles friend.

A Manhattan native, born Rakim Mayers, was slapped on two counts of robbery using a semi-automatic firearm with allegations of personal use of a firearm, according to prosecutors.

Rocky, 33, allegedly aimed a gun at former A $ AP Mob member A $ AP Relli, and then fired twice at him.

“Firing a gun in a public place is a serious crime that could have dire consequences not only for the target person but also for innocent passersby visiting Hollywood,” said George Gascón, Los Angeles District Attorney.

The artist “Praise the Lord” was arrested and charged with assault with a lethal weapon after arriving at LAX with his girlfriend Rihanna in April. He was released on bail of $ 550,000.

“My office carried out a thorough review of the evidence in this case and determined that the addition of a special firearms allegation was warranted.”
