Adam Levine denies cheating on Behati Prinsloo with Sumner Straw

This love is stronger than any rumors.

Adam Levine shares his point of view after the model Sumner Straw reported on social networks that she had a year-long affair with a married man Maroon 5 singer.

“There is a lot of talk about me right now, and I want to come clean. I have not had the discretion to engage in ANY form of flirting with anyone other than my wife. I have not had an affair, but I did cross the line at a sad time in my life,” Levin, who is expecting a third child with his wife Behati Prinsloo– said in a statement published on his Instagram Story September 20. “In some cases it became inappropriate; I took note of it and took proactive steps to correct it with my family.”

“My wife and my family are all I care about in this world,” he continued. “Being so naive and so stupid as to risk the only thing that really mattered to me was the biggest mistake I could have made. I will never do it again. I take full responsibility. We will survive this. And we will survive together.”

The “Sugar” singer, 43, made headlines on Sept. 19 when an influencer shared allegations about their romance on Tik Tok. “Basically, I had an affair with a man who is married to a Victoria’s Secret model,” Straw began. “I was young at the time, I was naive and, frankly, I felt exploited. I wasn’t on stage like I am now, so it was easy to manipulate me.”
