Angel, Aaron Carter’s twin sister, pays tribute to the singer

Aaron Carter’s twin sister Angel wrote a heartfelt message to her brother after his death was confirmed on Saturday.

The moving message was accompanied by a series of family photos showing the couple as babies and toddlers.

Along with Aaron, Angel is also the sibling of Backstreet Boys alumni Nick Carter, 42, and sisters Bobbie Jean Carter, 40. Their sister Leslie Carter died of drug overdose in 2012 at the age of 25.

Angel and Nick filed a joint restraining order from their deceased brother in 2019, which was granted two months later.

They alleged that Aaron confessed to “inhabiting intentions” to kill Nick’s pregnant wife and their unborn child.

Despite the family’s struggles, Nick revealed his “love” for his brother “never went out” in a painful tribute entry.

“I always hoped that one day he would want to follow a healthy path and finally find the help he needed so desperately,” the singer wrote in a Sunday post on Instagram.

The singer was found dead at his home by the landlady on Saturday morning. His cause of death has not yet been announced.
