Ann Hatch’s son Homer is asking to take control of her estate

Anne Hecheyson, Homer Laffonwants to oversee his late mother’s estate.

According to court documents obtained by E! News, Homer, 20, filed a petition to be named responsible for Donnie Brasco the actress’ legacy after she died from injuries sustained in a car crash last month. Ann’s annual income and personal assets were listed as “Unknown.”

According to the documents, People in trees the estate of the actress consists of two heirs: Homer, whom Ann shares with her ex-husband Coleman Laffon— and his younger brother, Atlas Tupper13, from ex James Tupper.

“Contemporaneous with this petition is a petition for the appointment of a guardian ad litem for the minor,” the documents state, “which specifically requests that the guardian ad litem have the authority to set aside the bond on behalf of the minor.”

On August 5, Anne got into a terrible car accident in Los Angeles, as a result of which she fell into a coma. A week later, the Emmy Award-winning organ donor was pronounced dead in the state of California, but remained on ventilators to give the OneLegacy Foundation time to find recipients for her organs.
