According to court documents obtained by E! News, Homer, 20, filed a petition to be named responsible for Donnie Brasco the actress’ legacy after she died from injuries sustained in a car crash last month. Ann’s annual income and personal assets were listed as “Unknown.”

On August 5, Anne got into a terrible car accident in Los Angeles, as a result of which she fell into a coma. A week later, the Emmy Award-winning organ donor was pronounced dead in the state of California, but remained on ventilators to give the OneLegacy Foundation time to find recipients for her organs.
