According to a person with direct knowledge of the situation who spoke to TheWrap, Ryen Russillo was suspended following his incarceration last week and will return to ESPN radio on September 5.
Authorities in Jackson, Wyoming say Russillo was arrested after he got drunk and allegedly broke into a stranger’s bedroom.
Police were called to a report of a drunk man refusing to leave a home around 3:30 a.m., according to the department. The victims allegedly informed the police that a stranger was in their home and referred them to him.

Officers found the defendant — later identified as Ryen August Russillo — lying on the bed in the south bedroom while he was otherwise naked except for the ankle-length pants surrounding him, according to the Jackson Hole News & Guide affidavit of probable cause.
Russillo, host of The Russillo Show, does not appear to have used force to enter the home; Instead, he may have used a door that wasn’t properly secured.
He was nonetheless arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $750, for allegedly breaking the law by entering the property and refusing to leave when it was ordered to him. He will be reinstated over the Labor Day long weekend.
