Ashley Benson shows an anxiety rash on her body

Ashley Benson revealed this week how her mental health issues can sometimes take a toll on her physically.

“My anxiety is taking over my whole body,” wrote the 32-year-old Pretty Little Liars graduate. TikTok video himself, showing a rash all over his skin on Thursday.

The red spots seemed to be especially scattered around her neck and shoulders.

Benson filmed herself in the eight-second clip wearing nothing but a white bath towel while the song “Overwhelmed” by Royal & the Serpent flew over it.

The song’s lyrics appropriately state, “I get overwhelmed so easily / my anxiety / creeps in / makes it hard to breathe.”

Benson fans flooded the comment section, applauding her for sharing her struggles.

“this is real. it makes me feel less lonely,” one person wrote, while another commented: “The same thing happens to me when I feel anxious. I’m glad I’m not alone.”

Benson did not reveal what was causing her anxiety at the time, but the next day she hinted that she was still experiencing the disorder in a separate video posted on Instagram.

“Who else struggles with severe anxiety and panic attacks???” The ‘Spring Breakers’ star signed a clip of herself having a drink on Friday.

The song “Overwhelmed” – once again – was played on video.
