Australian Star Laura McCulloch Arrested After Allegedly Going Missing

A missing Australian actress has been found after a search party set out to find her. It turns out Laura McCulloch was arrested and has been in the Santa Monica Jail since Aug. 13, police said.

A GoFundMe page run by her cousin Merry McCulloch stated that her “very beloved Laura” disappeared on August 12 and has not been seen since. According to the fundraiser, which raised A$1,000, “she was last seen in the Santa Monica area wearing a blue blouse, red skirt and brown shoes as she prepared for her first date on Tinder or Bumble.”

They added that they had hired a private investigator to find her.

Her rep told E! According to her family, the 37-year-old was last seen at the restaurant that evening.

“It is not that Laura has been out of touch for so long, and like her family and friends, we are deeply concerned that she has not been notified,” a spokesperson said on August 16. “She is an extremely talented artist and a wonderful person who is much loved by all her colleagues.”
