Tallahassee, Fla (WCTV) – One person was slaughtered and several others wounded in a Bainbridge Boat Accident Saturday near the Earle May Boat Basin, according to Bainbridge Public Safety. There are thousands of people continuously searching to find out what exactly happened there. Many people were also getting some serious injuries in the fatal crash.
Now, the accident has become the talk of the town and uncounted people also sharing their own opinions. Along with it, the families of the victims are also tense and trying to analyse the current situation.
The Bainbridge Boat Accident occurred about noon, and officers say it affected two boats partaking in a weekend tournament. According to BPS spokeswoman Julie Harris, several tournaments were living held in that area on Saturday, also including a Florida-based fishing tournament interesting middle and high school students.
Harris said she could not reveal the victim’s name and did not comprehend which tournament they were partaking in. An angler associated with the Florida Bass Nation Junior/High School tournament told WCTV that one of his boats was interested in the happening. The second boat was part of the second tournament.
He said a high school student and his father had broken bones but barely evaded the Bainbridge Boat Accident. The death occurred with the anglers of the second tournament. The Georgia Department of Natural Resources took over the investigation. Now, the investigation is going on and many people waiting for the statement of officials.s
“Our deepest condolences go out to the anglers’ family and friends, the boat captains and everyone involved in the tournament,” BPS said.
