Ben Affleck is “house hunting” in Los Angeles, according to real estate buzz

Just days after Jennifer Lopez was photographed house hunting in Los Angeles, rumors are circulating in Hollywood that Ben Affleck is also looking for a new place, sources tell Page Six.

There’s a buzz in real estate circles, we hear that Affleck is looking for a new home in the City of Angels.

The news comes shortly after the “Argo” actor was seen driving his sports car in the Brentwood neighborhood of California, Los Angeles – where According to TMZ he left the house where he was staying overnight.

But the photos also showed Affleck, 51, wearing his wedding ring and hanging his left hand out the window.

According to reports, the “Gone Girl” star has been staying at the Brentwood home “for the last week or so.”

His ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, lives nearby.

Lopez, 54, was spotted looking at properties in Los Angeles on Tuesday, but the insider insisted she was simply looking for an investment property.

Rumors recently surfaced that Bennifer — who eloped to Vegas in July 2022 and had a larger wedding in Georgia the following month — was in a difficult situation.

The conversation started when she attended the 2024 Met Gala solo last week.

A source told TMZ that Affleck was unable to attend fashion’s biggest night because he was busy filming “The Accountant 2” across the country.

“Jen and Ben are having problems in their marriage,” the insider says he told Us Weekly.. “They started having problems a few months ago when Jen started increasing her commitment to work and preparing for the tour.”

They were also spotted looking at properties in New York last month.

Although neither the stars nor their reps have commented on their relationship status, Lopez recently “liked” a mysterious post on Instagram detailing the characteristics of your partner that can lead to an unhealthy relationship.

The post explains: “You can’t build a healthy relationship with someone” who “lacks integrity and emotional security.”

He also warned against people who “don’t respect your time” and lack “communication skills.”

Affleck and Lopez became engaged in the early 2000s, but called off the wedding and broke up.

They each moved on and had children with Garner and Marc Anthony, respectively, before rekindling their fire almost two decades later.
