Bethenny Frankel explained on whose side she is after Kim Kardashian and Scott Disick were sued for $ 40 million for allegedly carrying out a bogus lottery scam.

In the lawsuit, Disick became the chief commander with his famous relatives including Kim, Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, using his social media presence to promote them.

However, sources close to Curated Businesss denied the claims and TMZ said on Thursday that they have proof of previous winners.

Neither Kim nor Disick commented on the lawsuit.

Both Kim, 41, and Disick, 39, have removed all posts related to the alleged scam, though it’s unclear whether they did so before or after filing the lawsuit. However, they like to delete posts after a week.

Back in March, Kardashian facing slack from fans when she wrote about one of the gifts less than a week after the invasion of Ukraine.

“The deafness of the tone of this post is actually terrifying,” one user allegedly commented, while other followers urged her to present alleged awards to the suffering in Ukraine.

Gifts that other Kardashians also promoted often promised big rewards like $ 100,000 and a luxury vacation in return for following a select list of Instagram usernames.
