Bethenny Frankel shows what she “really looks” in photos without filters

Former Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel opposes “deceptive” social media photos.
Mum of one, 51 years old, posted a slideshow on Instagram containing three different images of her in a blue bikini, trying to show how damaging Photoshop photos can be.
The first was clearly edited because her breasts seemed larger and more bouncy, her waist smaller, and her head shrunken. The second was an unedited flip while the third image was a direct comparison of the two.
Speaking about the first photo, the businesswoman wrote: “I DO NOT look like this… and you know bc [sic] I am not vain and I will show you the real me.
“But if I publish a version of it every day, you may start to believe it is. Here’s how it all got distorted.
She pointed out that “filtering is a lie” and “deceptive”, which makes women “feel bad about themselves” and “young girls insecure and obsessed with unattainable perfection.”
Frankel continued, “It makes middle-aged women and mothers insecure. This creates a false ideal for men.
Skinny Girl’s founder called the montage “destructive, irresponsible, insecure and inaccurate.” She ended her inspirational post by reminding her followers that “there is a line between trying to look nice and outright lying.”
This wasn’t the first time Frankel had talked about the importance of living without filters.
In June, the reality show star released an unedited photo of him lounging by the pool in a tiny bikini, telling fans that “balance” is the key to body acceptance.
Here’s the unfortunate truth. I rarely exercise. I hate water. Sleep is my priority, but I’m failing. I eat what I want, but I never overeat. I run like a madman with infinite energy, ”she wrote next to the pictures in a bikini.
“By the age of 20 and 30, I was on a diet and exercising endlessly and was much heavier and generally less pleased with my physical appearance.”
The podcast host added that she has since learned to love her flaws.
“I have good skin but sag in places and I am slim, but I don’t have any significant form of muscle by anyone’s standards. I choose balance and happiness and do my best. When I’m 90, I won’t regret exercising more, that’s for sure. ”
The former reality TV star has always tried to be a positive role model for her daughter Bryn Hoppy, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.
