Cara Delevingne looks healthy among public appearances
Cara Delevingne now looks healthy after a series of disturbing public appearances.
The London-born 30-year-old supermodel took part in Monday’s Fremantle Photocall as part of MIPCOM 2022 in Cannes, where she rocked both her elegant ensemble and her self-possessed demeanor.
In the evening, Delevingne wore a strapless black cut-out mini dress that she paired with matching pointed toe pumps and a simple gold necklace.
The caramel hair of the actress “Murders Only in the Building” was arranged in loose curls that cascaded down her shoulders, while her makeup was a marriage of smoky eyes and naked lips.
This is Delevingne’s second public appearance since she has raised concerns about her health and well-being.
Late last month, the Victoria’s Secret Angel was dressed in nine jackets for Paris Fashion Week, during which projects from her collaboration Cara Loves Karl with the late Chanel’s creative director Karl Lagerfeld debuted.
However, there was an MIA at the collection launch party at New York Fashion Week the week before.
In early September, a disheveled Delevingne made headlines, showing erratic behavior at California’s Van Nuys Airport, where paparazzi captured her when she arrived with her legs dangling from the rear window of an SUV.
Shoeless, a frail and shaky model was filmed walking her dog on the tarmac, smoking cigarettes and dropping her phone several times.
Delevingne’s friend, Margot Robbie, was photographed days later looking visibly nervous after leaving her West Hollywood home.
Sources told TMZ that Delevingne’s relatives – including her colleague from the Suicide Squad – worry she is struggling with a combination of mental health problems and addictions.
The newspaper reported that 32-year-old Robbie was distraught over what she allegedly saw when she visited her buddy, claiming that she “supported” Delevingne to enter the treatment program.
Delevingne has not confirmed whether she is struggling with addiction and has only admitted to work on drugs in the past.
However, earlier this year it was observed that she was acting “really drunk” at a party in New York followed by bizarre antics on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet.
The “Paper Towns” star was seen by an eyewitness at the annual Burning Man festival, who met “the group that consumes a lot of drugs.”
The apparent downward spiral of Delevingne seems to reflect the painful trials of her mother, Pandora, an ex-heroin addict who suffers from bipolar disorder.
“A doctor’s friend told me they were planning an intervention,” a London-based fashion and model specialist told The Post recently.
“Everyone knows her mother has been abusing substances for years. Her mother is lucky to be alive. Cara has spent her entire life on drugs. He comes from a very troubled family. “
