Vikas Bahl will direct the next film Goodbye, a touching story about love, loss and family (Queen, Super 30). Ekta Kapoor and her sister Shoba Kapoor are the minds behind the production of the film, which is under the Balaji Motion Pictures banner. Goodbye Plot/Storyline

The story of Goodbye revolves around the relationship between a father and a daughter who are often very different in their views, personalities and behaviors. Her mother, Gayatri, portrayed by Neena Gupta, is the only thing that can successfully keep her on common ground. She is the only thing that can successfully bring them together. When Gayatri dies, however, everything changes drastically because she takes the common thread of continuity with her.

As Gayatri’s family processes the loss, they make preparations for the rituals that will be performed at her funeral.
