Chris Evans, Alba Baptista is holding hands in the first PDA photos
Chris Evans and his girlfriend, Alba Baptista, were spotted holding hands just hours after the news broke that the couple had been dating “for over a year.”
In images obtained exclusively by Page Six, the 41-year-old Marvel star and the 25-year-old Portuguese actress tried to go unnoticed while walking in Central Park on Thursday.
The incognito couple held tight to each other as they walked through the crowded streets wearing matching sunglasses and face masks.
Both actors kept the slack with Evans’ swaying gray pants, black shirt and black hat, while Baptista chose bright red leggings and a beige turtleneck sweater.
The star “Captain America” and his new head lady seemed to notice the paparazzi at one point as they quickly bowed their heads and let go of each other as they left the park.
Despite his shyness in front of the cameras, a source told People: “They’re in love and Chris has never been happier. His family and friends love her.
Nevertheless, Evans had a hard time keeping his feelings away from social media as he left a flirtatious comment on the subject actress’s post on Instagram Wednesday.
During the promotion of her upcoming Portuguese movie “Dream in Paris”, actress “Gray Man” commented on the hand-clapping emoji and the melting face emoji – she collected over 2,900 “likes” in the comment section.
While Evans may be “the sexiest man alive,” Baptista has an equally impressive track record.
“Mrs. Star Harris Goes to Paris” speaks five languages and has done “great humanitarian work” at an orphanage in Cambodia.
Despite the 16-year age difference, Evans believes his age is an advantage when it comes to dating.
“You spend a lot of time learning what was helpful and what was not,” People said ahead of their latest release.
“We all have patterns, blockages or luggage that repeat and echo, so I was really able to pinpoint where I needed improvement and what works,” he continued, adding that knowing when to say “I’m sorry is critical to maintaining healthy relationships.”
