Christie Brinkley’s daughter, Sailor, looks stunning in a red bikini
Christie Brinkley’s daughter, Sailor Brinkley-Cook, was a spitting image of her famous mother as she spent time with friends at the beach.
Sailor, who followed in her mother’s modeling footsteps, was spotted soaking up the sun and swimming in the ocean over the weekend in Miami.
The 25-year-old wore a simple red bikini for the outing and accessorized with gold hoop earrings.
She initially had her blonde hair pulled back into a bun until she completely immersed herself in the water and let her hair down.
Sailor was later spotted riding a Citi bike wearing baggy jeans and looking at her phone.
Christie, 70, shares Sailor with ex-husband Peter Cook, to whom she was married from 1996 to 2008. The supermodel also has a son, Jack, with ex Richard Taubman, who was later adopted by Cook, and a daughter, Alexa, whom she shares with ex Billy Joel.
Last week, Christie shared a behind-the-scenes video from Joel’s concert at Madison Square Garden with Sailor.
“Sailor gave Uncle Billy some tips before the show,” she said he captioned the video in which mini-me sang “You May Be Right” and Joel, 74, looked on and smiled.
Christie added in the caption: “Maybe you’re right, she may be crazy, but this was only his 101st appearance in his historic run, so she was just trying to be helpful! Lots of laughs!”
A sailor too published a video from a play where she and her mother sing Joel’s song “The Longest Time” in the audience.
Next to it, she wrote “Sparks Joy,” as well as several other photos of flowers, the World Trade Center, and a photo of herself as a child.
During the show, Joel sang his song “Uptown Girl”, which is famous for the supermodel. The cameras panned to Christie and Sailor throughout the entire song.
In March, Christie revealed that she had been diagnosed with skin cancer.
“The good news for me is that we detected basal cell carcinoma early,” she wrote alongside several photos from the procedure.
“And I had wonderful doctors who removed the cancer and stitched me up to perfection like haute couture Dior 👍.”
