Comedian Teddy Ray Dead at 32

The world of comedy has lost a rising star.

Teddy Raya comedian who starred in the HBO series A break with Sam J and Comedy Central shows How to go brokedied just two weeks after his 32nd birthday.

The Riverside County, California coroner’s office confirmed to E! The news that the performer, whose real name Theodore Browndied August 12 at a private residence in Rancho Mirage, California.

This was reported by the police spokesman Los Angeles Times that on the morning of Aug. 12, deputies responded to a death call at a home in the desert town. The spokesman added that “the cause of death is unknown.” The investigation of the case continues, the investigative service reported.

E! News reached out to police for comment and did not receive a response.

Comedy Central paid tribute to Teddy, who was from Garden City, on Twitter on August 12. “Teddy Ray was a fun and beloved performer,” the channel said in a statement. “He will be greatly missed by the entire comedy community.”
