Could a Community Movie Still Happen? Dan Harmon Says…

There is nothing like a great feeling Community.

After six seasons that aired on NBC, the finale in 2015 left the show’s loyal viewers eagerly anticipating a movie. And although the possibility of a Community the film has been teased for a year, the series creator Dan Harmon has a promising update for fans.

“There’s a blueprint for that,” Harmon told Newsweek on August 22. — There is a product assembled and presented to the world. I think he’s real.”

But Harmon doesn’t want fans to worry too much, adding, “It’s probably enough to make people mad when [there’s nothing] in a year. This does not mean that there will be a movie tomorrow. This means that he will definitely be.”

Well, at least fans won’t have to endure the “psychological torture” as Harmon described it as they wonder if their Community dreams about movies will come true someday.

“I don’t want to be guilty of causing such a sensation,” Harmon said, likening the update to the excitement of hungry kids going to McDonald’s. “Sometimes it takes a very long time.”
