“Crazy” Meghan Markle “conditioned” to stay calm, not break down
Meghan Markle explained how she was “conditioned” to remain calm after being called “crazy” and “hysterical”.

The former actress asked her listeners to raise their hands if they were telling stories, noting that her own hand was raised.
Later in the episode, 41-year-old “Deal or No Deal” graduate praised her guest Constance Wu for crying during an interview.
“The craziest thing in the world would be to keep it all inside,” Markle told Fresh Off the Boat graduate. “I think it’s beautiful.”
The Duchess of Sussex added that “she would like to cry [that] a lot, “saying,” I’m conditioned to have a different kind of composure. Now a little [get to] … just relax and let go. “
Markle and Wu, 40, joked that they both would like to express their feelings the way their children do.
“I want to feel so deep it’s like an Adele album,” joked a royal. “So many intense emotions. You just take it out and share it. This is a room”.
Markle has spoken honestly about her mental health since she and her husband, Prince Harry, left England in 2020.
In an interview with Oprah Winfrey in March of the following year, the author of The Bench mentioned that he had suicidal thoughts after welcoming his son Archie, who is now 3 years old.
“I just didn’t want to live anymore,” said Markle, who is also the mother of one-year-old daughter Lilibet, in 2021. “I knew if I didn’t say it, I would. And that was a very clear, real and terrifying continuous thought. “
The former blogger spoke to Harry, 38, about her feelings at the time. While the former military pilot supported and “hugged” her, Markle claimed he was rejected by a senior member of the royal institution.
Harry also spoke out loud about his own struggles, saying in his May 2021 special issue “Me You Can’t See” that going to therapy allowed him to “take it all.”
