Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney teases a possible name for baby #3

Shay Mooney may need to taste tequila with your growing family.

Earlier this summer, Dan + Shay member and his wife Hannah Love Mooney announced that they are they are expecting a third boy at the beginning of 2023. Now the country singer is sharing his thoughts on being outnumbered in his house full of sons Usher5 and Ames2.

“It’s already very loud, including me,” Dan exclusively told E! ACM Honors News 2022. “My wife is going to have three, well, four kids that I now have to take care of.”

So if you’re listening Dan Smyersyour musical partner may need help from you and your wife Abby sooner rather than later. “Uncle Dan and Aunt Abby will have to come over and help me,” Shay joked. “I don’t know what I’m going to do with three. Two is enough, three will be a lot, but we are excited.”

Although Shay and his wife have yet to choose a name for their third son, the country music artist joked that he is thinking of “Dan Smyers” as his name.
